Consultations

I take online or in person consultations (Northern Rivers NSW) currently on Tuesday and Saturday.

 

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking you will be required to keep a card on file which will only be charged in full at time of session so by booking you are giving me permission to complete this action.  If you cancel or reschedule the appointment within 48hrs and no replacement can be made to the booking time a $50 fee will be charged and is kept as compensation unless otherwise arranged. Equally if you are an online consultation and you haven't completed the appropriate forms and sent back photos for analysis within the time advise in the email or unless otherwise arranged with me a $50 booking fee will be charged as compensation and you will need to reschedule a new appointment as adequate time is needed to prepare and map images for initial online consults.

 

I understand life happens so I leave the responsibility in your hands to manage and communicate accordingly in regards to your appointments.
